Our minimum fixed lease period is six months, we have cabins available to lease at $95 per week. To have one on your property you will need to pay your first week in advance, Last 2 weeks in advance, a bond of $350 which you will get back at the end of your lease if there is no damage to the unit, normal living wear is no problem at all. We will consider delivery up to 1.5 hours away from our yard, very reasonable delivery rates apply.

- All Building & Electrical work carried out by certified tradesmen.
- We can install a wall bracket for TVs or Computer Screens if your lease is long term.
